Respite Care: Temporary care to give primary carers a break, with both in-home and out-of-home options. Allied Health Therapeutic Support: Occupational therapy, Speech pathology, and Physiotherapy. Progress Reports: Regular updates on your development and achievements.   • How do I access services with BluePath Support Group?
    To access our services, you must first be an NDIS participant with an approved NDIS plan. Once your plan is in place, you can contact us directly to discuss your needs and how our services can support your goals. We’ll work with you to develop a personalised support plan.
  • How does BluePath Support Group ensure the quality of care?

  • What is Respite Care, and how can it benefit me or my loved one?
    Respite Care provides temporary, short-term care for individuals with disabilities, allowing their primary carers to take a break. This service is beneficial for both the carer and the participant, as it offers a change of environment, personalised care tailored to the participant’s needs, and the opportunity for the carer to rest and recharge.
  • What are Allied Health services, and who provides them?
    Allied Health services at BluePath Support Group include occupational therapy, speech pathology, and physiotherapy. These services are provided by qualified health professionals who work with participants to develop and implement therapeutic programs aimed at improving physical, emotional, and social well-being.
  • How can I apply for a job at BluePath Support Group?

  • What are your office hours, and how can I contact you?

    Absolutely! We believe in a person-centred approach, meaning that all our services can be tailored to meet your individual needs and goals. During your initial consultation, we’ll work closely with you to develop a customised support plan that fits your lifestyle and aspirations.
  • What is the difference between in-home and out-of-home respite care?
    In-home respite care involves a professional carer coming to your home to provide care and support, allowing the primary carer to take a break while the participant remains in a familiar environment. Out-of-home respite care provides care at a different location, such as a respite centre or a short-term accommodation facility. This option can offer the participant a change of scenery and new experiences, while the primary carer takes some time for themselves.
  • How do I know if I need Allied Health services?
    Allied Health services are beneficial if you or your loved one needs support with physical, communication, or daily living skills. Our occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists can assess your needs and work with you to develop a personalised program aimed at improving your overall well-being and helping you achieve your goals.
  • What kind of support do you offer for employment preparation?

  • Can I access multiple services at once?

  • How do I update or change my NDIS plan?
    If your needs change and you need to update your NDIS plan, we can assist you with this process. This may involve attending a plan review meeting with the NDIS or working with your NDIS planner to adjust your goals and the supports you receive. We’ll help you prepare for the review and ensure that your new plan continues to meet your needs.
